Im in pain?

can any1 help me please i fell over @ school yesterday and hurt my knee which has a horrible nasty bruise and i woked up this morning with a pain from the top of my right arm all the way up to my right shoulder and neck. what wood u suggestion or advice? ASAP? please

sounds like you could have trapped a nerve in your shoulder!! you will have to take an anti inflammatory and seek advice from your gp..good luck
