Your knuckles should have healed by now if the injury was just superficial. What you are describing sounds much like a condition common to boxers - it is actually called boxer's knuckle. You might need to see a doctor about it. Read more about it here.

Depends on how badly they are injured are you sure you did not break any bones, place on them.
