for quite some time now i get really out of breath and some days its really bad !

Question: For quite some time now i get really out of breath and some days its really bad as i am gasping to breath?

i gasp for breath most days but its not all day long its morning,evening and lasts for about half an hour and that is every day why is this its has been going on now for over a year.

You may well be asthmatic. I am and my wife is. It's no big deal, but can become life threatening if ignored. So visit your GP asap.
