Question: Would u know right away if someone hit a nerve in your toung?
i got my toung pierced, yesterday and i know swollen toung is normal but i just woke up not to long ago and underneath my chin on the right is swollen /:is that normal? what could i do?

Yes you would know if a nerve had been hit.
It's probably bruising. Put a cold compress on the area now and then.
After a couple of days use a warm towel applied for 10 minutes 3 x a day to hasten reabsorption.
A bruise is bleeding under the skin.
If it gets angry looking and becomes very painful go and see your doctor.
