I'm wondering if I have a Varicocele?!

I've been looking into this, I don't really have any of the symptoms, my testes both seem about the same size, alright in weight in all, I don't feel much pain whatsoever (will go into more detail about this).

Anyways, I'm not sure where the Varicocele is exactly, but I do feel pain ONLY* when I touch the veins in the very lower/bottom part of my scrotum, somewhat near my inner thigh, and that's only if I squeeze them. The reason I'm unsure is because whether it is a Varicocele is because a few days before I noticed this, I was playing football with some friends and when a friend of mine was throwing the ball to me it slipped out of his hands and hit me in that region.. but then I'm not sure why only the veins would hurt.. but then again another reason I think it is a Varicocele is because it is only on the left side (which I read online that it's usually on the left that it occurs)

So basically, do I have a Varicocele, if so, is this something I should look more into and see a doctor?
Just to note* I only feel pain when I squeeze the veins.
