I have a small ear ache is there anything i can buy at the store with out going to the doctor?

last night i woke up to an ear ache i put the heating pad on it last night but is there any drops to but in it without going to the doctor?

Dip a q-tip in Hydrogen Peroxide & clean ur ear out like u'd normally do, Then put a cotton ball at the opening of the ear & lay with ur ear faceing down.
