What rehab exercises should I first be doing after ACL surgery?


Answers:

QUAD SETS!...sit with your legs straight out and push the back of your knee down to the floor using your quad muscle (front of the thigh) and hold 10 seconds....do this 10 times in a row and do it every hour. Getting your quad strong and getting that knee straight are the 2 most important things. Also, make sure you start physical therapy within 7 days after surgery
