What can a person do about trapped gas in their intestines. The gas pills don'!

Question:

What can a person do about trapped gas in their intestines. The gas pills don't remove it.?

The gas passes when it is good and ready. What (if anything) may force the air to move on through?

Answers:

Well, any standard laxative should force it on through. What you need to do is figure out what's giving you the gas in the first place. If you eat a lot of gassy foods like beans, cabbage, etc., then you can try taking one of those Beano pills when you eat. If not, are you drinking milk or eating a lot of raw dairy products? If so, you may be lactose intolerant and need to cut back on milk products. And it goes without saying that you need to cut out carbonated drinks. Also pay attention when you are eating to how much air you are swallowing with your food. Try chewing more slowly and taking smaller bites.
