Since you have a cold I would say it's your sinuses. I would take some sinus pills or cold medication with sinus pressure relief in them. It may take a while to get rid of it but Motrin isn't going to help at all. Motrin is for inflammation and you have sinus problems so sinus pressure pills should help. There are a lot of meds that help, anything with a decongestant in it will help. I once had a sinus infection for 6 weeks and my head hurt so bad it almost made me cry so I called my sister who has had sinus problems all her life and she said put Vick's on my forehead and if I had a stuffy nose I should stand in a hot shower. I didn't have a stuffy nose so I just put the Vick's on my forehead and it really helped. Why not try that. It worked for me. It burns just a little at first but really takes the headache away.
