How can I bathe if I cannot strip naked?!

I would cut out a hole for my head in a plastic garbage bag and arm holes then put that on and get into the shower. It sounds funny and looks funny but at least you can wash, use a strong leaf bag they are almost impossible to leak. have everything set up in the shower so it is in reach before you get in and a towel for when you get out. Be much easier if you had help, but you should be able to do it on your own. I have known someone with a half body cast on and he took showers.

People did it for eons.
