Is it normal for being out of shape to have mild chest pains after exercising?!

Question: Is it normal for being out of shape to have mild chest pains after exercising?
After running a couple of miles on the treadmill, I have this experience. I want to know if it is normal for being out of shape and slightly overweight to have this issue or could it signify a severe health problem? Any insight is appreciated.
Thanks.

If they're temporary, then they're probably nothing to worry about. Numbness on one side of the body, intense pain that won't go away, severe difficulty breathing (like being unable to catch your breath) and loss of control of any part of your body all indicate that something is seriously wrong.

I went to the doctor because I had tightness in my chest when working out even when done lightly and I was diagnosed with athsma. maybe you should see yours?

Might not be anything but is not going to a doctor worth the risk of a serious illness ?

yes, your body is having trouble burning calories if you are out of shape

Yeah it's the muscles you don't use that's why it feels so strange

Yes, it depends on your fitness really..
