I pulled a chest muscle and it really hurts. What can help it? Please help!

Answers:

the only thing that can help it is taking it easy and resting for a few days. I went to the hospital like last week cause I had bad chest pain that felt like it was my heart and they said that i most likely had a pulled chest muscle.
