What is causing a popping in my left ear?!

What is causing a popping in my left ear?
For the last few weeks off and on my left ear has had much pressure and popping on the inside...specifically when I work-out. Any advice/suggestions?

lots of things could be going on! mine does it too because of my bad sinuses! do you swim alot ? could be swimmers ear!keep an watch on it ,if it gets worse or starts to hurt see a dr. sometimes it can clear up by itself.
