Would it be safe for me to play jv football by the end of april?

I am just coming off a severe growth plate injury where i nearly pulled it off the tendon and i have osgood schlatters and i am still growing. I am 14 years old 5' 9" and i am supposed to grow to 6' 1"

oh yeah and i am halfway through physical therapy and will be done in 6 weeks
