i cut my thumb across the tip and into the nail with a razor blade, i'm elevating it an have stopped the bleeding, what should i do now?
i don't really want stitches if it's not entirely needed.

Clean it with hydrogen peroxide and put a butterfly bandaid on it if you had one. That will hold the edges together so it will heal. Watch it for signs of infection.
clean it with hydrogen peroxide or rubbing alchohol. then put on an antibacterial ointment like neosporin and apply a band-aid. if you have a butterfly band-aid that will work best, but if not just use a reg one for tonight
