Question: Shoulder blade pain after surgery?

I had back surgery 18 days ago and my shoulder blades hurt so much. What can I do to manage the pain? I take pain killers but i still get alot of pain.

Have a warm shower or bath. Take coedine as well as just panadol and put a hot water bottle or a heat pack on it. I hope you're not having to go back to school just yet!
