Question:
My wrist is partially sprained (I think)?
So about a week ago I was body boxing with a buddy of mine and I hit him in the back and somehow managed to twist my wrist I really didn't notice how bad it was until tonight. I haven't done any bench pressing since about the time it happend because I have been taking a long needed rest. So after I got home tonight from watching the fireworks I decided I should try and get some lifting in... I tried benching about 120 and my wrist thrived in pain as soon as I got to doing my first rep... I hadn't noticed that it was this bad until now... Is there anything I can do? I don't want to see a physician and need a quick fix so I can lift...Any help is highly appreciated...

Sounds like your wrist is sprained, there my friend.
I say bite the bullet and see your doc. get it properly wrapped and a bit of good common sense. Hey we all are mortal! There are no 'Quick Fixes" for this
