Bad neckpain, getting worse lately, help?!

Question: Bad neckpain, getting worse lately, help?
So I am 22 years old and had lower back surgery three months ago on my l4,l5 and my l5,s1 because I had hernias. Since I was seeing a company doctor I don't get straight answers and my lawyer doesn't want me seeing other doctors for the moment. When I first had severe lower back pain I had stiff neck and shoulders at the time of my injury, to this day they tell me its just contracted muscles but I have my doubts because thats what they said about my lower back too. It's like talking to a wall to the doc, my symptoms are getting worse lately, stiff neck, and shoulders, uncomfortable, I can't sleep with a pillows anymore, my right wrist hurts too, sometimes my forearms go numb at night, anybody ever had these symptoms, what could they be....thanks everyone.

Answers:

First off, to stop the numbness problem, drink a lot of food to keep your blood vessels open and make sure you eat healthier food with vitamins. Try to stay calm and avoid stress. However, I am no medical professional, so you have to see a different doctor. HAVE TO, otherwise things may only get worse.
