Question: What is a way or some tricks to falling asleep faster?
Answers:

That happened to me before too. What I did was relax before I sleep, then I cover my whole self with my blanket to feel secure. (Maybe you can't sleep well because you're not feeling secure?)
Sometimes I listen to music or just imagine things (daydream).

or if you like study before you sleep (it would probably work!)



Take Melatonin. You can get it at any CVS or Walmart. take 3MG.

Close ur eyes. tighten ur whole body. then slowly relax yourself starting at ur toes. Then let up jaw hang down a little. Think of the sea waves going in and out. it should work
