lately i havent felt the need to wear panties i went to a day in jeans without panties now i cant stop the itch and it hurts down there helppp

Your jeans may of been too tight and irritated you. Could be your detergent/fabric softerner - if it doesn;t stop in a few days, call the doctor. Also, wear cotton underwear for few days.
