Question: Where to get help for neck problem?
my head pulls to the left all the time
what can i do
have suffered for 19 years after 2 neck disc surgeries

Answers:

The muscles are tight to cause the disc problems and you can free them back up yourself to get the pressure off your neck and so it should straighten out for you. Here's how to free it up:
Neck
Put your hands alongside your head so your thumbs are on the front of the muscle under your ear and your fingers are on the back of the muscle behind your neck. Squeeze your thumb and fingers together and hold. Relax your body. When your fingers and thumb touch, about two minutes, slowly lower your head as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your neck lowered for another 30 seconds.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
Going to a chiropractor is going to be painful because they work the bones over and you have tight muscles that are you problem. They can sometimes make a difference with tight muscles but more often than not they can't.

one of those chyropractors or however you spell it?
