Question: Can you choose to wear scrubs instead of a gown for surgery.?
Im getting gall bladder surgery and was wondering if I can choose to wear OR scrubs instead of the gown?

No, the gown allows easy access in case something goes wrong.
no the reason they have you wear a gown when you have an operation is because if something happens where you need to be completely naked then its easy for them to take it off. its also for easier access to the area they are going to operate.
