What does it mean if I wake up and my arms are stretched above my face?!
Question: What does it mean if I wake up and my arms are stretched above my face?
Often I wake up in the middle of the night and my arms are completely stretched in front of me, toward the ceiling. Sometimes I am even lightly scratching my left arm with my right one. Is there any significance to this?

Nope it's just a strange habit you have while your sleeping I guess lol good luck with that = )
