Answers:

Sleeping on my back usually prevents it from soring. It sounds like you have a rock hard bed. Lol I'd say it's the way you hold your head or your shoulders when you sleep, because when I sleep on a pillow that's too high or low it puts a crook in my neck, shoulders and back. I'd advise you to buy a cushioned comforter or one of those spongy comforters you can place on your mattress when you sleep. My friend own a goose feathered one, she says they work miracles! Then on top of that place your bottom sheet with the elastic, and on top of that put a big sleeping bag. Then keep layering your bed but make sure you have cushioned covers beneath you. Not any thin, or the blankets that feel like rugs. I used to put 4 top comforters on my bed, had no problems with my back afterwards. Just try to avoid sleeping on your side, you're belly and back would be my first choice. Even though they say don't sleep on your belly, it gives me no problem. Maybe cause my back is super flexible. Also use a beaded pillow. There's a lot of them out there now, they're really in style. Can't miss them. Get a nice one from Wall-mart. They shape with your head. Then on the bottom of portable laptop tables that prevent heat from burning your legs, they come with a Velcro'd pillow attached. I removed the one from mine and use it as a pillow. You're head sinks right in the middle. You'll be in heaven! Just try these and I'm sure you'll have no more back problems!

Hope this helps!
