Question: Lightheaded and dizzy, whats going on?
For the last week i have felt really dizzy and light headed. I am not dehydrated. When I am standing up and sitting down sometimes I feel like the walls and everything are moving. I have no pain anywhere or anything like that. What is going on?
I am a type 1 diabetic, but my sugars have been fine.
It doesn't matter if i am sitting or standing. I have been checked for an ear infection and I don't have one... also I had my potassium and vitamin d checked and both are completely normal.

before u get lightheaded r u doing any activity tht mite get ur hart rate up? because if u did and u dont have a proper cool down then u will get light headed
