Question: Any Tips For A Better Nights Sleep?
Lately I haven't been able to get to sleep until I have been in bed bed for about 3 or 4 hours.
This is pretty irritating because I am 14 years old and I am tired at school. I usually go to bed at around 9.30 on school nights and I don't have very many caffienated drinks.

Any simple tips on a better nights sleep?

Along with limiting caffeine, don't eat or drink anything about 2 hours before you go to bed. Also, have you been taking any kind of medications?



Try waking up earlier to walk/run, eat 5 meals a day (light dinner), listen to classic music before sleep. Maybe at first you'll feel even more tired, but once your body adapts you'll sleep very well, if you can't exercise early try doing it before going to bed. something that really works for me is to take a nice warm shower before going to bed. Well, these are my suggestions, hope some will work for you! :) sleep well!



Perhaps you are unable to relax, unwind and switch off at bedtime.

If that is the problem some light execise at bedtime often helps.



do you get stressed out?

I don't sleep well and I think sleep plays a big part in it.
