Foot randomly swelling?!
Question: Foot randomly swelling?
I walked up the stairs to go to bed and when I got to the top my foot hurt. I didn't pay much attention to it and continued getting ready. I looked at it about 5 min. later and it looks swollen! I'm positive I didn't step on anything. I have no idea what the heck is wrong with it but I can't walk on it and it really hurts! Please help!!

shoes could be too tight, and you need a bigger size.
there is something for athletes foot/swelling that works and i think there is a "Head-on" brand for the foot.
