Good exercises to strengthen your knees?
I do around 15-20 miles per night on my crosstrainer/bike, I've noticed that the next day my knees can feel a little fragile, not really hurting though..I've noticed I do get clicky knees. I don't want to stop exercising but I want to look after my knees. I do go swimming already so don't suggest that..thanks! I have a big frame but i'm not fat, most of the weight is in my legs, they are very muscular...any tips or advice?

Try leaning against a wall in a sitting position, w/o a chair. I think that really strenghthens your knees.
