I swallowed a concerta 36gram pill. i wasn't supposed toit's only meant to improve focus but im paranoid. help

it doesn't hurt so im guessing thats a good sign?

for anyone wondering how i swallowed the thing, i was talking to my brother and i take a pill for my allergie's so i absent midedly swallowed it thinking it was mine.

You might feel like your heart is beating faster...you'll be ok. How do you accidentally swallow a pill though? However it was, don't do that anymore. You could really hurt yourself with medicine that isn't yours.
