My right side is hurting when I sit, what could it be?!

Question: My right side is hurting when I sit, what could it be?
Im female 27 years old
History- had a UTI, 3 weeks ago- most noticeable symptom was that I had to urinate a lot more than usual and pain in right flank, couldn't even sleep on that side, trouble sleeping, proteins and blood in urine
I will see the Doctor again very soon since Im not sure if Cipro worked
I took Cipro for 7 days 3 weeks ago for the UTI
My periods are normal, nothing unusual BUT for last two periods I continued to have pain, continues for a week, cramp like in lower right (always right side) abdomen back area
Sometimes a little tingle in my thigh area or behind my belly button or some where in my leg
but pain in my right side wont go away, it is felt when I sit down, the longer I sit for, the more uncomfortable the feeling
I am drinking at least 2 to 3 litres of water a day and eating more fibre than usual
Could I still have a UTI, I dont seem to have any nitrates/ proteins in my urine but I do have lots of white blood cells according to a home urine strip test I did twice
I have also been very gasy lately/ burps etc, also spicy food, caffiene and chocolate dont seem to agree with me lately, I limit these foods and caffiene already but it upsets my stomach a lot more these days
Could I have a kidney stone, kidney infection, ovarian cyst?
Help! Any advice on what this could be

UTI is itself a bad thing. Do not fear about kidney stone, kidney infection, ovarian cyst.

Check your Blood Sugar level at the earliest. If it is OK then simply start drinking Glucose water daily along with some Alkaline Tonic which will cleanse your kidney.

Hope you are not having even slight fever.

Drinking 3 litres water is important but the water needs to be warm (preferable) NEVER Cold .

Please stop taking :
1. Tea
2. Coffee
3. Chocolates
4. Coco milk products
5. Chocolate Ice Cream
6. Eggs ( you can have eggs without the Yoke)
7. Red Meat or minced red meat products/cutlets etc.

Could be all of the above. You need to talk to your doctor about it. If you think it is another UTI, try drinking cranberry juice. It will help. Also. . . take a home preggo test just to be sure. You can have what you think is your period and actually be preggo.

kidney problems from diabetes? Avoid sugar. Get the a1c test

Aside from UTI problems.
This could be a appendix attack in the coming via a inflamed appendix.
Very easy to have it checked in a E/R
No costly tests usually just a physical exam.

There are a few types of Ovarian Cyst. Endometriosis, Pcos or Dermoid Cysts. The symptoms of having Ovarian Cysts could be one of the following:Pain in lower abdomen, bloating, having irregular periods
