Why isnt my headache going away?!


Question: Why isnt my headache going away?
I have had a recurring headache for over 3 days now, im wondering does anyone know what the problem is or can advice me on what to do, this isnt the only problem, these are my other symptons.

No appetite
Dizziness
Diarrhea
Stiffness
Dry mouth

Ive been advised to go A&E but im not sure, can anyone help please?

Sounds like a stomach infection to me the diarrhoea will make you dehydrate which will give headaches , go to the A& E though they'll perhaps give you something to help. Drink plenty of fluids.

it will go away believe me I had one for 7 days it would go away after taking paracetamol on going to bed only to be back again the next day its caused by a very nasty virus going about.its now gone completely still waiting for other symptoms to go but getting there.feel it would be a wasted journey to the A&E. do what I did drink chicken soup ideal when you have a gippy stomach. Keep warm, drink plenty of fluid,stay indoors too don't go out and pass it around as you might get something else as well.
