Question: Feeling a bit rough after the night before.has anyone any tips for a quick fix?
Answers:

I reccomend Fruit Juice. Preferably Apple or Orange. You can give your body the vital vitamins it needs to recover from the heavy alcohol intake, plus it the liquid helps your liver process the alocohol faster. It works for me everytime.

it shows how dangerous alcohol is and how addictive because the best way to feel better after a night out is drink a bit more alcohol even a little sip. feeling rough are withdrawal symptoms. the best way to get rid of the effects of alcohol is either deep breathing especially exhalation or laughing. that is why when you are having a good time you can drink more. laughing is best and can reduce the breath tests.

Lots of fluid, but easy with the caffeine.

Alcohol dehydrates you so you need to replace your fluids. Caffeine is a vaso-constrictor which means it makes your veins and arteries clamp down, or narrow, plus it makes you urinate more so you don't want to do a whole lot of it right now.

I'm assuming from drinking?

Drink lots, I find milk to be very helpful, drink big glass of milk and then just keep the water coming. All that drinking prob left you dehydrated, which is a big contributor to hangovers

Most fixes work best if you take them before going to bed. Vitamin B complex usually helps.

The best fix is to not drink alcohol.

If you're from UK and Scottish, roll and bacon with a glass of Irn Bru

Works like a charm.

me. Used to party a lot ;-)

sorry but all i can recommend is go and have a curer a pint will just slow the hangover down not cure it.
