What should you eat around 24 hours after vomiting?!

Question: What should you eat around 24 hours after vomiting?
Answers:

Concentrate more on keeping your fluids up. Drink lots of water (or if you don't like water, try weak tea).
If you really want to eat, try something sensible like toast, or very plain biscuits, but don't try to eat too much at once, and don't force it down if it makes you feel ill.

If you are still nauseated just stick with popsicles and ginger ale/sprite/7 up...maybe crackers. I know this sounds crazy but I always get McDonald's french fries. I think it is all the salt and starch that soothes an irritated stomach.

You want to be eating something light, I'd try a piece of toast first and if you keep that down try a little scrambled egg?... Hope this helps

Soft. Low fat, No spices, Medium salt. Lots of liquids. Chicken rice soups is usually good.

saltines, toast, water. Just to be safe so you don't puke again.
