Question: Help on a seriouos matter?
I am having troubles when i POO which is rather embarissing, i find that when i poo sometimes i see the water red, and when i (sorry to mention) wipe there is blood also.
What could this be and what should i do?

This is probably hemorrhoids for which the bioflavonoid Rutin and the green super food Wheatgrass are supposed to be cures.

this sounds like piles but even thoughyour embarrassed i would go to the dr`s to get checked, he will probably prescribe you some special cream to help.
If you are straining to get "one" out you might cause bleeding then.
get it checked for your own peace of mind
It might be haemorrhoids.. You better get yourself checked my dad nearly died because of his waiting and no telling anyone..
you could possibly have internal bleeding.
