i have a problem with face twitching and people notice?!

i have this problem with not so much face twitching but blinking, sometimes when i get anxious i start blinking alot, today i was at church and i saw this guy (like on many other different occasions) smiling at me after i did the blinking thing, i got really annoyed because sometimes when im having a slight anxiety attack i cant help but do it, my shrink has given me this exercise to do everyday which will help control my breathing thus helping me to have less anxiety attacks, i've been doing them but only recently these attacks have come back after i started to drive again, months before that not once have i done it, so anyway when i do do it i get men and women grinning away, it really gets to me, and like sometimes when im driving i have this straight face like most other people and even still people smile away,why.... would a straight face make you smile....i thought about if i saw another person do it would it make me smile, i guess it would but even so are people really that mean that they would laugh /smile at almost anything, sometimes it seems so....whats your opinion
