I've had tonsillitis about 4 times in the past 2 months. This certainly sounds like tonsillitis to me. The symptoms your describing sound like it anyway. A classic sign of tonsillitis is white spots on your tonsils. If you get a torch and shine it down your throat and look in the mirror you can check if you have any spots on your tonsils. You should go to the doctors and get it checked out as anti-biotics can really help clear it up. Good luck (: xx

You have an infection, possibly tonsillitis or strep throat. Because you have a fever it means it's not taken hold. You need antibiotics, a full course. If you can get antibiotics over the counter then get some and start immediately. If you can't then you have to go to the doctor. In the meantime gargle with warm salt water, it helps with the pain as well as the infection.

I think it could be tonsilitis, i had it about a month ago and it wis horrible. My dad took me to the doctor and she gave me penicilin and it really helped. Hope you get better soon (:
