Will my doctor provide crutches?!

Question: Will my doctor provide crutches?
I am going for three skin biopsies tomorrow at my dermatologist. The biopsies will be on the bottom of my foot and i will have stitches. Will my doctor give me crutches to help me walk since i already know its going to be pretty painful. the biopsies will be 4mm and at least 2 stitches in each. Also what will they use to dress the biopsy sites? Thanks so much!

Answers:

I'm thinking they would Because if they want you to stay off your feet after it then they should. Hope everything goes well girl :)!

I would call your doctors office. Many doctors do not provide crutches but rather refer you to a Medical Equipment store to purchase some. I had recently broken my ankle and was told to that I could either get my own crutches or get some at the hospital pharmacy. I ended up getting Millennial Medical Forearm crutches. They have a cool spring shock absorber on the bottom and a comfortable handle.

But it is always better to ask and be prepared!

Yes they will probably give you crutches. What are you having a biopsy for? And just bandaids and when you leave you might have an ace bandage
