um well walkings good always outdoors clears head, and well 1 hour walk is good,
um well winter time can be causing the problem? um well look online, for answers,
well try to make it go away, and well let it all go let it go to god,
and well pray all heals sooner not later.. and well try to rest your mind,
mediditatation clears your head... for one hour mornings and one hour evenings
and close door and dont let anyone bug u while your doing that,
have a space in house only u can go to, to mediditate and relax no one else can go to,
only you can be there, and its a safe place your house only u can go any time

make an alter for you and your self only to heal you, crystals and some other stuff to make u feel better, only u can touch the stuff on the alter its for your .you and you only. to heal and have some time alone quiet time, and no can bug you when your in your special place in room...

What were your TSH levels on your thyroid test? If it`s the upper limit you still may have underactive thyroid but the doctors won`t acknowledge it as you`re within range but everyone`s different if mine is over 1.0 then I feel sluggish. Have you gained any weight for no apparent reason? Have you been tested for M.E.?
