I have a weird nail?!

I have a weird nail?

well before a couple of months ago, my nail was just fine. at first i noticed a white spot on it, near the end. i thought it was nothing and ignored it. then this line, or crack came up and i thought it was gonna go away so then now

theres a line/crack on my nail and i dont know what to do about it any ideas?
