Question: Ive had blocked and buzzing ear for 4 weeks now and nothing dr gives me seems to be working!! help!!?

Ive had a blocked and buzzing here nearly 4 weeks now. The Dr told me to use olive oil and then he syringed them....no luck. Gave me some drops to soften wax, then syringed them again........nothing...........now he has given me antibiotics and ear drops.... still nothing.Help!

If the blockage and buzzing remains the same after the antibiotic is complete, follow up with an Ears, Nose and Throat (ENT) specialist. If you've already seen an ENT and nothing has helped, they may want to take an MRI.

It could be an acoustic neuroma. A rare condition that is not usually life-threatening, but does need to be treated.
