why do i get such a big head ache when i stay in the sun

Oh the same thing happens to me and i absolutely HATE it.

Apparently this happens to people whose eyes are sensitive to bright light and the heat. So, the best thing to do (or probably the only thing you can do) is - wear sunglasses and a hat or carry an umbrella.
I look stupid with an umbrella and sunglasses even when its not too hot but i dont care - at least my headaches have reduced!

sun sensitivity or may be you are dehydrated as well

wear sunglasses and hat and stay out of the sun between midday and 3 pm
