Is My Blood Pressure Too Low? What Could Be Wrong?!

Question: Is My Blood Pressure Too Low? What Could Be Wrong?
I am 18 years old. I am 5'9" 165 and in very good shape. I can bench 240, and do 40 pull ups straight, broke the school record in fact. I joined track last year and ran the mile in a 5:10. I also play hockey all year around.

Okay, so I made my point that I am in great physical shape. I have also been on Whey protein for the passed 2 years, and take a multivatamin daily.

Now why is that i never have much energy? I get plenty of sleep 9 hrs in fact. Hell the other day i went to the gym, ran 3 miles and then benched afterwards and literally got light headed and passed out. How come this happens? It feels like I have to wind myself up to do anything. No this all didnt start when i started taking whey

If your BP is below 90/60 and you suffer from dizziness, faintness and actual fainting spells you probably have low BP.

Perhaps you are overexerting yourself and if not perhaps you need more energy enzymes from more fruit and vegetables.

What is your blood pressure? You can buy a blood pressure meter at any drugstore. See a doctor.
