Did i sprain or break a muscle? What should I do?
Ok i am 13(almost 14)and doing
*karate
*gymnastics
*dance
*swimming
*running around
I have been REALLY sore here is what i mean
1. Whenever i stand up my leg muscles hurt SOOO bad
2. Whenever i get up or sit down my leg muscles hurt
3. I tried taking a warm bath( for almost an hour and a half) with warm water and then cold water and i fell no differnet!
4. I feel like an 80 year old!!
5. Walking HURTS
6. The only time walking does not hurt is when i use a wheel chair!!
PLEASE TELL ME WHAT YOU THINK!!!
The pain on a level to 1-10 is 10!!!!

I would recommend a week off from all that activity and read a good book.
