Is it bad that the outside of my left foot has been numb for the last couple day!

Is it bad that the outside of my left foot has been numb for the last couple days?

I do sit on my foot sometimes, but it's never been numb like this..


Answers:

continuously for the last couple days? i don't think that's a good thing.
