Back pains?!

Back pains?
For a couple of days my back's been hurting. The pain is between a sore muscle and like i need to crack that part of my back but i can't. its on the side where my stomach is....that side of my back. Does anyone know what could be wrong...or am i just worrying for nothing.

Go to a Chiropractor! IT works ... saved me from a grueling back surgery and I have used one every time I get injured or hurt! They work wonders! Look for a good one and go! You'll be glad! =)
