Anyone have a bad back who can help?
i have got a really bad back, i have tried a hot bath, pain killers and streching it, it is my lower back, i dont know why it is really bad does anyone have any ideas how i can make the pain go away?

I agree with the majority here ... Chiropractor all the way! I was involved in a bad car accident about 10 years ago. I was rear ended at 55 mph. They told me I'd have to have a dangerous back surgery and I was in pain like you all the time! Fearing the surgery because many have adverse reactions to it and come out worse than before I went to a Chiropractor on the advice of a friend. It worked MIRACLES and my back was completely healed! No surgery ... best of all NO PAIN!
I have seen a Chirporactor whenever I get injured or have other pains and it has worked every time! Give it a try ... what do you have to lose. Just be sure to find a good one ... check them out and ask for references if you can. There are bad ones out there as there are in all medical fields.
