Herbal Stress Tablets?
I had these anti stress tablets for a while (exams etc.) and am convinced that they didnt work despite my mum telling me they were (they were so expensive too) they were called Kalms or something. Does herbal stuff actually work??

Some can work, but none are scientifically proven to be 100% effective. There is also often possible drug-interaction dangers.
