My cousin has really bad odour?!

My cousin has really bad odour?
My cousin that my family is living with smells really bad...a mixture of "wastes"(yes..literally..he smells like poo, becuz he doesnt wipe his bum after he uses the washroom), and REALLY bad sweat. He came in my room once and stunk up the whole place. Everyone(including his family) is afraid to tell him how much he stinks, because he's really crazy.
Before anyone tells me to get him help or something, can anyone tell me the health effects of breathing in this odor? Can we get diseases or anything, because its THAT bad? Help?

If he does not clean his self. He could spread germs ,poop and no telling what else touching doors and other stuff .Spreading it to everyone else. That is nasty not wipe your butt. It is bad enough not taking a shower. He has to have some serious mental problems.Think of all of the stuff he might have underneath his fingernails. E-Coli . Man I feel for you.
