i have no idea whats wrong with me, but i just want to smash the living **** out of something. Or run outside in the pouring rain.
My parents wont let me go outside because its dark, and im pretty sure they wouldnt let me smash something up. :/

Beat up something you can't damage like pillows or your mattress.
That's what I always did.
Has anyone made you upset? Love struggles, family issues, school, perhaps?

I always screamed in a pillow and then beat it until feathers ploffed out of it. :D
