Question: I fell and hit my head hard into the dresser?

I fell into the dresser after tripping on my child's toy, and my temple is throbbing sore, but Im not dizzy.

Is it safe to say that as long as Im coherent that no bad damage was done?

yeah . you probably just have a light concussion . if it gets worse or you get a headache later on go to the emergency room just to make sure
